ShreeWin Deposit and Recharge Guide

Adding money to a ShreeWin account is done through the recharge screen in the wallet section. Payments go through UPI, net banking or USDT, and the balance updates within seconds.

One rule protects players more than any other. Deposits should always be made through the in-app recharge screen, because that tags the payment to the account automatically. Money sent to a personal UPI ID or bank account is not linked to any account and cannot be recovered.

How to Recharge

Tap the wallet icon and select recharge. The screen shows the available payment methods along with preset amounts.

Choose a payment method. UPI is the fastest and works with GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and bank UPI apps. Net banking is slower but useful when UPI limits have been reached. USDT is available for players who prefer crypto payments.

Enter the amount, either by selecting a preset or typing a custom figure. The minimum recharge is displayed on the screen and should be checked before confirming, as a below-minimum payment may not credit automatically.

Tap recharge to open the payment gateway, then authorise the payment in the UPI app using the PIN.

Return to ShreeWin and check the balance. It normally updates within seconds. If it has not moved, waiting two minutes before doing anything is better than paying a second time.

The First Recharge and the Welcome Bonus

The ShreeWin welcome bonus of up to Rs.488 is tiered against the first recharge amount. Larger first recharges reach higher bonus tiers, and the full Rs.488 sits at the top tier.

Three points are worth understanding. Bonus money goes to the bonus balance rather than the withdrawable balance. A wagering requirement applies before it converts. And depositing more than planned in order to reach a higher tier is the most common way players end up spending more than they intended.

Deciding the deposit amount first and accepting whichever tier that falls into is the sensible approach.

Deposit Amounts That Matter for Bonuses

The referral and agent programmes on ShreeWin are tied to specific deposit thresholds, so the amount an invited player recharges affects what the referrer earns.

For the referral programme, qualifying deposits start at Rs.300 for the lowest tiers, rise to Rs.500 and Rs.800 at middle tiers, and settle at Rs.1,200 for every tier from fifty invites upward.

For the agent programme, first recharge thresholds begin at Rs.200 and run through Rs.500, Rs.1,000, Rs.2,500 and Rs.5,000, each with its own bet requirement and bonus value.

Current payment methods and deposit limits are listed at {{SHREEWIN_URL}}.

When a Deposit Does Not Credit

The most common situation is money being debited while the wallet shows nothing. This is usually gateway lag. Waiting five minutes and then closing and reopening the app resolves most cases.

If the balance still has not updated, a support ticket should include the account ID, the exact amount, the timestamp, and the UPI transaction reference number from the bank SMS. That reference number is the critical detail, as support cannot trace a payment without it.

Depositing again to retry is a mistake. It doubles the amount at risk and makes the trace harder.

Some banks decline transactions to gaming merchants. Trying a different UPI app or bank account usually works, and switching to net banking is another option.

Safety Rules

Money should only ever be sent through the in-app recharge screen. Nobody claiming to be ShreeWin staff will ever provide a personal UPI ID for deposits.

A UPI PIN should never be shared. It is only ever entered inside the player’s own UPI app.

Screenshots of every transaction, together with the bank SMS, make any disputed payment far easier to resolve.

Setting a deposit budget before opening the app, and treating that money as entertainment spending rather than an investment, keeps play under control. Depositing again to recover a loss is the behaviour that causes real problems.

ShreeWin is for players aged 18 and above. Never deposit money you cannot afford to lose.
